Spray Shockwave anywhere mold or moisture is detected. Ceilings need to be repaired and replaced in Kitchen, SW corner Bedroom, and Washroom Area. Repair any rafters, drywall, mud, texture and Paint Ceilings. Kitchen, SW Bedroom & Washroom, repair & Replace Subfloor, install laminate Flooring in SW Bedroom, Vinyl Plank Flooring in Wet Areas such as Kitchen and Washroom. Replace 50-ft of Facia Board. Kitchen Base Cabinets to be replaced.
